1. Nature of the service
Letrados.mx is a law firm that provides legal services and serves clients throughout Mexico. Through the Site you can learn about our practice areas, describe your case and request an initial consultation with our team. The informational content published on the Site does not constitute legal advice for a specific case.
2. Attorney-client relationship
Use of the Site and submission of a form or request do not by themselves create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only upon formally engaging our services, through the corresponding agreement defining the scope of the engagement and the fees. Until that point, the information you share will be treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Notice, but it does not create any obligation of representation.
3. No guarantee of results
The outcome of any legal matter depends on its facts, evidence and the judgment of the authorities. For that reason, we do not guarantee a particular result in your case. Our commitment is to act with diligence, professionalism and ethics in the defense of your interests.
4. User obligations
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- Use the service for lawful purposes and in good faith.

Letrados.mx will not be liable for decisions you make based solely on such content without having engaged our services, nor for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or its unavailability. The firm's professional liability is governed by the terms of the engagement that you may, where applicable, formalize with us.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with their corresponding date. Continued use of the Site after a modification implies your acceptance of the terms in force.
