ምን ያህል ነው?
የኖታሪስት ክፍያ በክልልዎ የኖታሪስት ክፍያ ልክ ነው፣ በብዛት ከግብይት ዋጋ ውስጥ በመቶኛ፣ እንዲሁም የመዝገብ ክፍያ፣ ግብር (ISAI, ISR) እና የምስክር ወረቀት እና የግምገማ ክፍያ ይከፍላሉ፡፡ በሽያጭ ላይ የኖታሪስት ክፍያ በብዛት ከ4% እስከ 8% የቤት ዋጋን ይይዛል፡፡
